Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Marc’s lifelong battle with chronic sinusitis and allergies pushed him to develop a new intranasal therapy solution that would actually work. His background in high-end manufacturing and product development gave him the tools he needed to invent a better option for intranasally delivered treatments. After developing Kurve’s patented delivery system, he realized that he could utilize this technology in ways beyond sinus and allergy treatments.

Marc is a talented entrepreneur, an industry expert on team building and formation, and positioned Kurve as a technology thought leader via numerous public speaking appearances. As the Chairman & CEO of Kurve, Marc builds upon his prior knowledge and experience to establish Kurve as a leader in innovation and technology within the pharmaceutical industry.

Kurve Investor Information Glenn Cornett

Glenn Cornett, M.D., Ph.D.,

Chief Science Officer

Dr. Glenn Cornett is a biotech entrepreneur and advisor. He holds an M.D. with Distinction in Research from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in neuroscience from UCLA. He has spent the past decade developing drugs for psychiatric and neurological indications.

Dr. Cornett’s experience has included:

Eli Lilly: He started a research strategy unit and developed a global financial model that was used for the Cialis acquisition.

McKinsey: Dr. Cornett consulted to clients in high-tech, heavy industry and health care sectors. He was in the system dynamics practice and a founding member of the complexity practice.

Razorfish: He was a Vice President successively running the US and European strategy practices, establishing new product-service offerings and developing new clients.

Los Alamos National Laboratory: Dr. Cornett authored a monograph on plutonium and public health policy while also working on further (confidential) efforts.

Dr. Cornett’s entrepreneurial spirit, passion for innovative science and desire for humanitarian impact all contribute to his enthusiasm for Kurve Therapeutics.

Grudgingly acknowledging that the best medicine is frequently diet and exercise, he holds a black belt in karate and has run 14 marathons on 5 continents. He is the founder and Managing Director of Spectrum, a New York City contemporary arts venue that has presented over 2,400 concerts this past decade.

TOM S. MCDOWELL

Chief Operating Officer

Tom is a skilled and accomplished COO with forty years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, investment banking, and mergers & acquisitions for established and start-up companies. He has consulted with over 25 startups and early-stage companies in the software, telecommunications, financial management, retail, manufacturing, consulting and distribution industries. Through his expertise in creating function in dysfunctional accounting structures, Tom has been highly regarded in the private equity industry. He has helped stabilize and grow a variety of businesses, developing business valuation models, financial management controls, client-facing analysis models, and company-specific templates for offering memorandums.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a licensed CPA (inactive) in Washington State and California. His expertise and passions include strategic planning, project management, contract negotiations, and expense control, which he also utilizes as a licensed real estate broker.

Executive Vice President & CFO, Windswept Capital LLC: Played a pivotal role in building the company into a leading middle-market M&A firm, including handling transactions totaling over $600 million.

President of Concorso Italiano: Organizing the world’s largest exhibition of exotic Italian cars. Delicately balancing the needs of close to 1,000 automobile exhibitors, special guests, and 5,000 attendees for the annual, one-day celebration.

Pineapple Hospitality Company: Managed contracts and obligations while ensuring assets were protected by appropriate documentation and insurance. Measured growth, planning for meteoric organizational growth and for the ERP and staffing to manage the growth.

CFO Sections: Made scalable growth plans and protected assets by having appropriate documentation and insurance while adhering to local laws and regulations. Coordinated contracts and responsible for daily accounting activities.
